CJ is by far one of my favorite people I have had the pleasure of creating, collaborating, and working with in my 20+ year career. For the 3 years that we worked together, I had a front row seat to CJ’s boundless creative capacity, resourcefulness, and initiative to learn and apply new knowledge and skills as an instructional designer and trainer. CJ has a natural ability to connect with people through his wit and sense of humor, which makes him a natural collaborator and team player. He also has a knack for all things technology and would quickly learn any new software or instructional design tool that he could get his hands on. CJ’s focus with instructional design was always to create an engaging and fun experience for the learner that would be memorable, relevant, and immediately applicable to their job. These qualities were evident in CJ’s work whether he was facilitating or developing training for in-person (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), or eLearning format. I give CJ my highest recommendation and I know that his talent, skillset, and charisma will be a tremendous asset to the lucky team who gets to work with him next.
